Job Description

• Preparation and loading of journal entries to support the month-end closing of the financial books of NCFI and APL Philippines.
• Assist in the preparation of management and statutory financial reports.
• Assist in the substantiation, ageing and analysis of balance sheet accounts.
• Support the Senior Finance Manager and Financial Controller in the annual external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Act as back-up to Finance Operations in performing reconciliation of bank accounts.
  
  

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is an advantage

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in general ledger (GL) close, financial reporting, and analytics

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong working knowledge of Excel

Familiarity with Oracle ERP tools is highly preferred

Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly

Self-motivated and results-oriented; able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment
