We are looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the smooth execution of our campaigns. This role is integral to ensuring the operational efficiency of our campaigns, covering tools management, reporting, and general operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
Tools and Systems Management
- Ensure all company tools and platforms (e.g., project management, reporting, and analytics tools) are maintained, updated, and fully functional.
- Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving tool-related issues.
- Train team members on the effective use of tools and platforms as needed.
Campaign Reporting and Analysis
- Collect and compile campaign data to prepare post-campaign reports for internal and client use.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, VTR, and ROI, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Daily tracking to measure campaign effectiveness, and provide recommendations to optimise and improve campaign metrics identified in the Scope of Work.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in all reports.
- Present and discuss campaign reports to clients and other stakeholders
Operations Support
- Coordinate with various teams to streamline workflows and operational processes.
- Assist campaigns and paid media teams in all aspects/stages of the project.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by ensuring teams have access to necessary resources and information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the creator economy and influencer marketing landscape.
- Proven experience in campaign operations or a related field, preferably within the digital media or creator-led entertainment industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools, reporting platforms, and analytics tools commonly used in campaign management.
- Experience working with major brands and influencers.
- Demonstrated ability to collect, compile, and analyze campaign data to extract meaningful insights and generate actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign reports and insights clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with various campaign metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, VTR, and ROI.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
