What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency

Document call details into the system accurately
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Proficient in using computers and call center software
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
