CAD Operator

Computer-aided design (CAD) operator - produce 2D and 3D drawings for construction development using computer software. CAD operator, must have the following qualifications:

Detailed Job Description:

1. Prepares/revises detailed drawings using computer aided design software as required.
2. Works with project engineers, surveyors, project development projects, etc., to ensure accurate drawings are produced.
3. Promote technical advances by initiating and leading improved processes and procedures
4. Track budgets, schedules, and milestones to ensure projects meet production requirements
5. Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field (License Not Required)
• 2+ years of CAD experience
• Excellent drafting skills (2D & 3D)
• Ability to generate professional-quality plans that are accurate and consistent with established standards
• Knowledge of basic geometry and trigonometry a plus
