Job Description:

A Travel Service Representative plays a key role in helping customers with all aspects of their travel needs, ensuring they receive excellent customer service from the initial inquiry through to the completion of their trip. This role typically combines customer support with travel bookings, troubleshooting, and providing essential information for smooth travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with all aspects of their travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities. Providing detailed information on travel policies, destinations, and visa requirements, and managing changes or cancellations to bookings. Resolving customer issues promptly, offering additional services like travel insurance, and ensuring customers have all necessary travel documentation. Maintaining accurate records, troubleshooting problems during trips, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed support, ensuring a smooth travel experience for every customer.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates must be a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with a diploma or certificate), have excellent communication skills, and be familiar with basic web navigation. Applicants should be willing to work during holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours, and must be available for immediate start. No prior work experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
