CAD DRAFTSMAN

About the role

Morfosis Creatives Inc. is seeking a talented CAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a CAD Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in translating architectural and interior designs into detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative and collaborative environment, contributing to the successful delivery of our design projects.

What you'll be doing

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on the designers' designs and specifications
• Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure drawings meet technical standards
• Assist in the development of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Maintain and update CAD files and project documentation as needed
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies in the drawings
• Provide support to the construction team by answering queries and clarifying design details

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman, preferably in the architectural or construction industry
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and other industry-standard CAD software
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills, with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret architectural designs and convert them into precise technical drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design and construction teams
• Familiarity with building codes, construction materials, and industry standards
