In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and manage a global portfolio of improvement initiatives, collaborating with finance operations teams across one of the functional pillars (I2P, C2C, R2R) to identify and implement impactful solutions.
- Find opportunities for process optimization using benchmarks, global projects, metric trends, operational feedback, and other data-driven sources.
- Work closely with operational leaders to analyze global and operational critical metrics, pinpoint inefficiencies, and drive process standardization.
- Collaborate with finance operations in the design, execution, and governance of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.
- Act as a liaison between GPOs and GFS, facilitating the standardization of processes and demonstrating global capabilities for efficiency gains.
- Lead and support training programs to ensure the correct application of continuous improvement tools and methodologies across the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related courses.
- 2-7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
- Agile/Scrum, PMP, or similar certification.
- MBA or similar degree is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
- Data Science or AI certification is a plus.
