Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the Philippines to help grow RChilli’s reach in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is ideal for a young, ambitious professional with 6 months to 1 year of sales or business development experience who is eager to build a career in SaaS and HR Tech. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to new leads through online research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Keep CRM records up to date with lead and client information.
  • Work with the marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns in the Philippines and APAC region.
  • Learn and understand RChilli’s HR Tech products to confidently present them to clients.
  • Achieve entry-level sales targets and contribute to pipeline development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS or HR Tech, but not mandatory).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of Filipino or regional languages is an advantage).
  • Eagerness to learn, with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
