- Prepare and assist in creating documentary requirements for prospective clients such as cost proposals, contracts, etc.
- Enter and maintain prospect and client information and sales data in the company’s CRM tools
- Understand and gather information on client requirements needed for Lead Scoring, Prospect Risk Assessment rating, Q&As and Requests for Information or Proposal and document accordingly.
- Assist the Business Development Managers with their day to day calendar management.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for Market Intelligence requests and file hiring requests in the company’s Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Client Experience, Information Technology, People &Culture, Marketing, and Client Implementation) to address inquiries from clients and BD Managers regarding specific departmental policies, requests for process documents, data, and insights.
- Administrative and ad hoc tasks such as tracker updates and maintenance, reports, spreadsheets, presentations as required.
- Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace.
- Complete all necessary training and compliance requirements and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in an administrative support preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused and goal-oriented

- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of the team
