Description

The role involves handling image quality assurance tasks, utilizing robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to pinpoint root causes and implement corrective measures. The QA associate is accountable for ensuring the ultimate quality of files, accurately assessing compliance with specifications, demonstrating keen attention to detail, and adapting to revised instructions. The ideal candidate should maintain professionalism, work independently, adeptly navigate decision-driven workflows, and proficiently track data using internal tools

Key job responsibilities

  • Conduct Quality Audits: Plan and execute audits of various departments and processes to evaluate compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and regulations
  • Compliance Assessment: Review and assess internal processes and procedures to ensure they comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Documentation Evaluation: Examine documentation and records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of non-compliance and quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality throughout the organization
  • Audit Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans, and present them to management and relevant stakeholders
  • Training and Education: Provide training and support to employees regarding quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Follow-up: Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions resulting from audits to ensure effective resolution of identified issues
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and quality management trends to continuously improve the audit processes and methodologies

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline)
  • Experience: [5+ years] of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in auditing processes and documentation
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements
  • Integrity: Demonstrated ethical behavior and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar qualifications are a plus
