What You'll Do
Identify and qualify potential clients; schedule appointments for the sales team. Research clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot to maintain a quality lead pipeline. Generate leads and support the sales process. Manage a lead database and conduct cold outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn. Engage leads to qualify them and handle follow-ups. Collaborate on targeted campaigns and report on outreach activities.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales; VA/BPO experience is a plus. Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and email outreach. Strong communication skills and cold calling experience. Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outreach.
