About The Role
We are looking for a BD Operations Associate who will play a key role in strengthening the Hive team’s sales engine. You’ll be the primary owner of HubSpot CRM operations and optimization, ensuring the BD team has clean, accurate, and actionable data to work with, while also spearheading process improvements, reporting, and analytics that directly impact our ability to win accounts.
This role combines technical CRM management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure the BD team has the right tools, insights, and processes to increase conversion rates across the funnel and scale revenue sustainably.

About The Role
We are looking for a BD Operations Associate who will play a key role in strengthening the Hive team’s sales engine. You’ll be the primary owner of HubSpot CRM operations and optimization, ensuring the BD team has clean, accurate, and actionable data to work with, while also spearheading process improvements, reporting, and analytics that directly impact our ability to win accounts.
This role combines technical CRM management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure the BD team has the right tools, insights, and processes to increase conversion rates across the funnel and scale revenue sustainably.
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Operations Associate, your areas of responsibilities include:
- Own HubSpot CRM while incorporating team feedback: build workflows, create dashboards, launch automations, ensure data hygiene, organize email templates, and maintain CRM playbooks.
- Research and carry out other sales operations best practices such as implementing new CRM features, exploring AI tools that can increase overall sales team productivity, and canvassing possible softwares and vendors that can further optimize the BD team’s overall end-to-end sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams in CRM-related initiatives such as refining lead scoring and reactivating cold leads.
- Effectively collaborate with different functions in carrying out CRM enhancements and other lead generation initiatives.
- Update and improve on business reports and dashboards with macro and granular data and insights and provide other data-driven support to the rest of the Growth team.
- 1-2 years experience in a revenue operations, sales development representative, business development, analytics, or similar role. Fresh graduates with strong extra-curricular experience are also welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and CRM integrations is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to build reports, arrive at data-driven insights and troubleshoot problems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, taking full ownership of tasks, and proposing solutions and process improvements.
