As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, partnership cultivation, and regulatory relationship management.

Your day-to-day activities will involve connecting with prospective clients to introduce them to JuanHand’s innovative financial solutions while nurturing existing relationships for sustained growth. You will also identify emerging trends in the credit reporting industry, allowing you to spot new opportunities for business expansion. By developing strategic partnerships within the data ecosystem and maintaining strong ties with vendors, you will ensure that JuanHand remains at the forefront of industry advancements. Additionally, your ability to build rapport with government regulators will be crucial in navigating compliance requirements. Throughout these varied tasks, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions that meet client needs. Your success in this role will be measured by your capacity to foster trust-based relationships, contribute valuable market insights, and support operational excellence during key phases of business growth.

- Promote JuanHand’s products and services to prospective local clients by engaging with them throughout the sales cycle and ensuring their needs are met through close collaboration with internal product and technical teams.
- Identify new business opportunities by staying informed about the latest market trends and industry developments, proactively seeking out potential clients who can benefit from JuanHand’s offerings.
- Develop strategic external partnerships that enhance JuanHand’s data ecosystem, working closely with partners to create mutually beneficial relationships that support long-term business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts that secure favourable terms while ensuring reliable service delivery for JuanHand’s operations.
- Build strong connections with government regulators, including the Credit Information Corporation (CIC), representing JuanHand professionally to foster trust and compliance within the regulatory landscape.
- Support daily operational activities during the early phases of business expansion, ensuring smooth processes and effective communication across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address specific client requirements, leveraging your understanding of both technical capabilities and market demands.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies by sharing insights gained from client interactions and market research with colleagues across the organisation.
