Job Summary
The Building Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in the plant. This includes preventive maintenance of panel boards and wiring under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer.

The Building Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in the plant. This includes preventive maintenance of panel boards and wiring under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer.
Your Scope Of Responsibility Shall Include
- Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including control modules and automated machines.
- Perform high-voltage switching and generator operations.
- Assemble and install wiring in new or remodeled buildings.
- Maintain records of repairs and updates to electrical drawings.
- Analyze electrical requirements and ensure safe installations
- Familiarity with electrical tools and test equipment.
- Participate in emergency response and safety teams.
- Prepare reports such as daily logs, PM/CM reports, and expense liquidations.
- College level or graduate of a relevant technical/vocational program with certification.
- With at least 35 years in industrial electrical work, including 3-phase systems, building wiring, panel board troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
- With knowledge of 460V 3-phase systems, building wiring, panel board troubleshooting.
- Experience in food manufacturing setting and as building electrician is an advantage.
- Training in PLC, pneumatics, electro-pneumatics, and factory automation is a plus.
- Compressed schedule, Monday to Friday 9.6 hours normal office hours; Exceeding to office hours may be considered OT
- Willing to work and respond during emergency situations.
