Our Bookkeeping Team plays a key role in keeping financial records accurate and organized for seamless property operations.


What This Job Is  

As a Bookkeeper, you will spend your day:

  • Recording financial transactions related to rent, owner payments, expenses, and property maintenance.
  • Verifying and reconciling invoices, bank statements, and financial records.
  • Ensuring that all property financials are up-to-date and compliant with our internal accounting policies.
  • Communicating with owners, tenants, and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Updating our accounting software and reporting systems daily.


Why This Role Exists  

Managing thousands of properties means dealing with a high volume of financial data. Your job is to:

  1. Keep financial records clean, organized, and transparent.
  2. Help property owners track their income and expenses accurately.
  3. Ensure our accounting data is ready for audits, monthly reporting, and owner communication.
  4. Prevent payment delays, overcharges, or data inconsistencies.


How Your Performance is Measured  

You’ll be expected to:

  • Process and reconcile at least 150-200 transactions per day.
  • Respond to accounting inquiries from owners or tenants within 24 hours.
  • Ensure all monthly statements are prepared and submitted on time.

You don’t need to be a CPA – we provide full training in our systems and tools


Equipment Requirements  

Because this is a remote-first role, you must have:

  • Computer with Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 16GB RAM minimum (32GB preferred)
  • Two external monitors (at least 21.5 inches each)
  • Noise-cancelling headset with built-in microphone
  • HD webcam (1080p or better)
  • Internet speed of at least 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Backup power supply is recommended to avoid interruptions


You will be asked to provide:

Screenshot of internet speed test

Photo of your workstation setup

If you do not have the required equipment, we can finance it for you and deduct it from your first pay. However, you must be fully equipped for your first month to begin training and production.
