We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our rapidly expanding company. You will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial management of SellCord.
Responsibilities And Areas Of Need
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in recording and posting processes.
- Verify the accuracy of transactions recorded in day books, ledgers, and the general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, bringing the books to the trial balance stage.
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
- Assist with client billing and collections.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records accurately.
- Excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and other financial tools.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office suite.
- Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
