Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation of billing supporting documents and invoices
  • Provide supports to ensure that all billing schedules are promptly carried completed
  • Monitor and updates records of documents for billing preparation
  • Coordinates with U.S. Head office for all billing cocerns
  • Prepares reports whenever necessary
  • Performs other tasks as maybe required by the management in relation to the billing preparation
  • Support accounts payable, payroll and financial close functions, as required
  • This role reports to 50% US Team and 50% Philippines

To join our team,

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Management Accounting; CPA Preferred but not required.
  • Atleast 1-2 years of experience in related to accounting
  • Previous exposure to : US GAAP and IFRS
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, Sage Intacct)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications (i.e. Excel)
