We have partnered with a premier wholesaler, specializing in exquisite artificial flowers, trees, home décor, furniture, and architectural lighting. As a Product and Inventory Specialist, you will support the products team in managing the end-to-end process for all items, ensuring agreed timelines and launch dates are met while working closely with various suppliers and internal teams.

What you'll be working on:
- Supporting the Products team in managing processes for all items, ensuring timelines and launch dates are met
- Liaising with suppliers on product requirements, samples, and pricing issues
- Creating and maintaining accurate product data in MYOB Advanced
- Raising claims with suppliers and ensuring adequate compensation is received
- Managing and tracking product samples
- Ensuring suppliers meet production timeline targets aligned with shipping ETDs
- Coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of product and information
- Providing administrative support, including factory quotations and competitor price checks
- Raising, amending, and managing purchase orders
- Create, update, and maintain critical reports required for Product Team and wider business
- Assisting buyers with range review implementation and preparation
- Problem-solving product delivery and process issues
- Assisting with receiving, reviewing, and cataloguing new samples
- Actively participating in regular Product Team meetings
- Communicating critical product and supply updates to the wider business
What we're looking for:
- At least 2-5 years of overseas supplier liaison experience
- Experience in wholesale and/or retail industry is essential
- Experience in a Supply Chain Coordinator role or similar administration role within a buying/product team is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Confidence in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculations
- Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate tasks across departments to meet deadlines
- A customer-focused, professional approach with excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
