Tasks:

  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  • Coordinate with Back-end and Front-end BI Developers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to ensure seamless implementation of reporting solutions aligned with customer requirements
  • Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements and specifications for reporting solutions.
  • Lead the design and architecture of technical solutions for Business Intelligence reporting.
  • Review and approve technical designs and ensure adherence to technical quality criteria.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet technical quality criteria, including code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best development practices.
  • Participation in project planning and estimation activities.
  • Communicate technical aspects of the solution to stakeholders and customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the business intelligence domain.
  • Share expertise and mentor team members by conducting training sessions, leading workshops, and providing documentation to support their technical growth and skill development
  • Make essential technical and strategic changes to improvise present business intelligence systems.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading and coordinating teams of Back-end and Front-end BI Developers
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts, methodologies, and tools
  • Skilled in using Looker for BI Development
  • Proficient in back-end development technologies, with hands-on experience in Google BigQuery, database management, and ETL process implementation
  • Experience in Tableau is a plus
  • Proficiency with data integration techniques and tools.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy best practice
  • In-depth knowledge related to performance optimization techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve technical issues and challenges
  • Proven ability to mentor and support team members through technical leadership
