Title: Benefits Associate
The Benefits Associate ensures the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of the processing of government- and company-initiated benefits availment of employees from rank & file to executive level.

The Benefits Associate ensures the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of the processing of government- and company-initiated benefits availment of employees from rank & file to executive level.
Hiring For The Following Work Assignment
- Benefits Associate for Company Benefits
- Manages other company-initiated benefits like CBA negotiated benefits, out-patient medicine reimbursements, annual physical examination, executive check-up.
- Supports the business unit's Wellness Program by providing regular APE results and act also as representative to the Safety Programs.
- Benefits Associate for Government Benefits
- Processes and administers government-mandated loans and benefits including SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR updates.
- Provides daily support and regular updates to employees regarding claims status, and manage issue resolution and escalation.
- Maintains accurate records and archives of government-related documents for employee requests and compliance.
- Ensures timely reimbursement of company-advanced claims and accurate loan deductions setup in SAP Payroll.
- Coordinates with government agencies for orientations, updates, and implementation of new rulings or forms.
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
- With at least one (1) year of experience in the area of Benefits Administration specific to government benefits and medical, hospitalization and other company benefits
- Must be able to explain or converse to employees in cases of clarifications on policy and process for availment of government and company-initiated benefits (medical and hospitalization).
- Computer literate; expert in MS Excel application. Has knowledge of basic Accounting Principles.
- High competency level in customer orientation and interaction with good communication skills - both written and oral.
- Keen to details; Flexible - able to adjust to work demands specially during peak periods or cut-off.
- Must be willing to report on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
