As an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist, you will:
- Manage day to day collections operations through direct calls and emails
- Maintain current accounts receivables by researching billings and resolving disputes
- Review outstanding A/R balances on a regular basis
- Assist with implementation of companywide accounting policies and procedures
- Assist with audit and compliance responses
- Maintain accurate records of customer payment status
- Participate in month end and yearend close processes
- Effective communication with all levels of management
Non-negotiables
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, with strong knowledge of A/R processes.
- Proficient in researching billings, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate customer payment records
- Ability to support month-end and year-end close processes, audits, compliance, and implementation of accounting policies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
