Qualifications:

  • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining records and documents
  • Process and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth office operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
