We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Home Care Assistant to provide essential support to our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate appointments with healthcare providers, therapists, and other service providers.
- Manage and update client calendars.
- Schedule and remind clients of medication reminders and appointments.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare providers via phone, email, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and medical information.
- Assist with correspondence and document preparation.
- Emergency Response:
- Respond to urgent situations and coordinate necessary assistance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home care or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
