Home Care Virtual Assistant (Office-Based)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Home Care Assistant to provide essential support to our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Coordinate appointments with healthcare providers, therapists, and other service providers.
  • Manage and update client calendars.
  • Schedule and remind clients of medication reminders and appointments.
• Communication and Documentation:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare providers via phone, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and medical information.
  • Assist with correspondence and document preparation.
• Emergency Response:
  • Respond to urgent situations and coordinate necessary assistance.
