We’re looking for an Audit Analyst to join our team at MBPS.
Key Responsibilities
Education and Experience: University degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CA, CIA, CISA designations are advantageous. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with familiarity in control frameworks, risk management, and Global Shared Service Centers.
Skills and Abilities: Excellent English communication and active listening skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships. Highly organized, able to manage workloads with tight deadlines, and quickly understand various business processes.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Understanding of finance or IT systems and workflows. Familiarity with agile project management approaches is advantageous.
Work Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work a midshift schedule with the possibility of night differential hours and overtime to meet deadlines.

We’re looking for an Audit Analyst to join our team at MBPS.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Preparation and Execution: Assist in preparing audit presentation materials and plan/fulfill various audits (e.g., key risk audits, AML, SOX) according to methodology, standards, and regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Perform process walkthroughs and sample testing, document audit findings, draft clear audit reports, and use data analytics for audit sampling.
- Risk Management and Recommendations: Evaluate risk management and internal controls, providing practical recommendations for improvement, and monitor corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participate in discussions, maintain credibility and independence, and build professional relationships while observing timelines and standards.
