Job Purpose

As a Trainer at Probe CX, you'll be at the heart of our employee development. You’ll design and deliver engaging training programs, equipping our team with the skills they need to excel. Your work will directly contribute to our company’s success and the growth of our people.

What You’ll Do

Empowerment & Team Growth:

  • Collaborate in team meetings to shape training strategies and provide valuable feedback.
  • Communicate with leadership to identify and address skill gaps, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with trainees, offering guidance and support.

Client Engagement & Expertise

  • Become an expert in our clients' processes and systems, understanding their unique needs.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions for clients on Probe CX solutions.
  • Participate in quality assurance and client meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Innovative Training & Development

  • Create dynamic and engaging training materials that captivate and educate.
  • Design assessments to measure learning and progress.
  • Facilitate a variety of training programs, from onboarding to advanced skill development.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by utilizing cutting-edge online learning tools.

Leadership & Support

  • Assist with new hire performance evaluations and provide ongoing support.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance our training programs.
  • Play a key role in shaping our training policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within a BPO environment
  • Good knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), lesson plan development, and performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Willingness to work onsite in 1880 Eastwood, Quezon City, and The Curve, BGC, Taguig City as needed
  • Availability to work predominantly dayshift schedule
