Position Responsibilities
Conduct data analytics and access-related analytics to support Identity and Access Governance services
Enable efficient use of data assets through proactive advice and coaching
Collaborate with business owners to optimize data collection, storage, and usage
Design and monitor data governance structures, data modeling, and information management
Track data usage and assist with maintenance of data inventory
Support business units in locating and utilizing data effectively
Access Review Responsibilities:
Support periodic and ad-hoc access reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Analyze access review data to identify anomalies, trends, and potential risks
Prepare reports and dashboards for access review progress and completion status
Collaborate with business units and application owners to validate user access during reviews
Assist in remediation activities for access discrepancies identified during reviews
Maintain documentation and evidence for audit purposes related to access reviews
Ensure timely completion of access certification campaigns and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in data analytics or identity and access management (IAM)
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, MS Excel
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory (ADUC), SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Workday
Experience in access governance or compliance-related activities
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices
