Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Brand Manager – Global Brand Marketing.

Position Summary

The Brand Manager supports the development and execution of regional brand strategies for assigned categories (Bakery & Candies / Beverage RTD). This role ensures brand plans are aligned with global priorities while adapting to local market needs. The Brand Manager drives innovation projects, brand building initiatives, and portfolio management to deliver growth and strengthen brand equity across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Activation

  • Translate global brand positioning into regional strategies and activation plans.
  • Partner with country teams to ensure effective local execution and consistency across touchpoints.

Innovation Support

  • Manage assigned innovation projects from concept to launch, ensuring cross-functional alignment with R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Monitor performance of new products and recommend improvements.

Portfolio Management

  • Support portfolio optimization, pricing architecture, and SKU rationalization to drive profitability and relevance.

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market performance to inform brand decisions.
  • Work with Consumer Insights team to embed data-driven thinking into plans.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor KPIs (volume, share, equity) and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Creative, Media, and Digital teams for integrated campaign execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, innovation processes, and consumer insights.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
