Our Commercial Operations team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence for Grab For Business, GrabAds, and GrabGifts, ensuring smooth execution, governance, and optimization of sales processes. Collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, we aim to build efficient systems and drive meaningful outcomes for Grab's commercial endeavors.

You will report into the Regional Manager for Commercial Operations and other cross-functional teams to improve and govern sales operations and billing processes for our Grab For Business, GrabAds, and GrabGifts business units. This includes leading pre-billing automation efforts, optimizing workflows, ensuring data quality in platforms such as Salesforce CRM, and supporting sales governance efforts across Southeast Asia. You'll also manage projects within the operations function and oversee contractor teams to achieve quality execution.

- Ensure adherence to sales operations processes and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all commercial operations activities.
- Oversee cross-functional projects to optimize workflows and implement system integration efforts for sales processes.
- Govern the usage of Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and quality while coaching teams to maintain compliance with standard practices.
- Lead pre-billing optimization efforts, collaborating with BPIA, GFB product, and tech teams to enhance billing accuracy and streamline workflows.
- Support GrabGifts operations by executing SOPs, facilitating timely code creation, and tracking voucher-related sales and payment details.
- Manage billing disputes by working with collections teams and cross-functional partners to resolve issues and improve client experiences.
- Guide a team of contractors to execute operational tasks while ensuring quality standards are met.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in Sales/ Commercial Operations within a B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate or startup environment.
- You demonstrate ability to govern and optimize sales processes, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and compliance.
- You have experience with Salesforce CRM is critical for monitoring and maintaining data quality. You are also proficient in analyzing operational data and implementing actions based on insights using tools like Google Sheets/ Docs or similar platforms.
- You have expertise in managing cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency through system integration and workflow optimization i.e. billing automation solutions.
- You are proficient in spoken and written English to engage with regional stakeholders across SEA
- You can manage and execute voucher creation, tracking, and code governance to support GrabGifts operations.
- You can manage contractor teams, ensuring execution quality and aligning team efforts with business priorities.
