Responsibilities
- Monitors and ensures the achievement of sales targets through the retention of the existing portfolio.
- Analyzes and endorses proposals to immediate superiors based on approved actuarial rates.
- Recommends pricing, benefit packages, and other terms to immediate superiors to support account renewals.
- Collates data, performs analysis, and prepares client proposals based on actuarial pricing and sales input.
- Updates presentation materials and correspondences, and endorses pricing and benefit-related concerns to immediate superiors for resolution.
- Over 2 years of experience in sales and client management , with a strong focus on B2B and corporate accounts.
- Successfully handled client acquisition, account renewals , and upselling of insurance and financial products .
- Consistently achieved or exceeded monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic client engagement and effective relationship management.
