How you'll make an impact

As an Amazon Catalog Specialist, you will serve as the strategic overseer of our Amazon account health and catalog performance for a rapidly growing health and beauty brand. While our existing teams handle day-to-day inventory management and financial operations, you'll provide critical oversight, catch issues before they become problems, and serve as our primary point of contact with Amazon support.

Your role involves monitoring account health metrics, overseeing our existing inventory and financial teams, and ensuring our listings maintain peak performance in the competitive health/beauty/personal care space. You'll work directly with the founder and collaborate with our established Colombia-based team of 57+ people to scale our Amazon presence alongside our dominant DTC channel (currently 70% of sales).

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Catalog Specialist who excels at account oversight, listing optimization, and Amazon support case resolution. You won't be building systems from scratch-our inventory forecasting and financial tracking are handled by dedicated teams. Instead, you'll ensure nothing falls through the cracks, resolve complex Amazon issues, and maintain our excellent account health as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Health & Team Oversight:

  • Monitor overall Amazon account health metrics and performance notifications
  • Provide oversight and follow-up with existing inventory and financial teams
  • Identify potential issues with sales velocity trends and inventory levels
  • Escalate critical issues: "Hey guys, we're kind of short here. What's going on with this?"


Critical Case Management & Support:

  • Handle all Amazon Seller Support cases and complex account issues
  • Resolve listing takedowns, image disapprovals, and policy violations
  • Manage situations when listings don't show for branded keywords
  • Expert-level communication with Amazon support for issue resolution


Listing Management & Optimization:

  • Monitor listing performance and ensure all elements remain active
  • Optimize listings for health, beauty, and personal care products
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Manage listing creation, revision, and flat file uploads
  • Ensure images, titles, bullets, and A+ content maintain quality standards


Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Track BSR, ratings, reviews, CVR, sessions, and units sold
  • Monitor sales velocity changes and performance trends
  • Generate and analyze returns reports for product improvement insights
  • Coordinate with teams when performance metrics indicate issues


Required Experience:

  • 3+ years proven experience managing Amazon product listings and account health
  • Expert-level Amazon Seller Central proficiency including case management


Schedule & Location Setup

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: 9pm-6am Manila (Night Shift)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Supervisory Contract: Not subject to Holiday Premium, Night Shift Differential, Overtime
