In this role, your mission is to ensure the optimal performance and lifecycle management of GoTeam's IT assets. You will make a direct impact by:

• Managing the end-to-end tracking and documentation of IT and non-IT assets.
• Executing deployment, retrieval, warranty checks, and replacement requests efficiently.
• Conducting regular audits of IT inventory to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Performing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment for internal teams.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• You have 2–3 years of experience in asset management, IT support, or a related role, preferably in a BPO/IT-driven environment.

Technical Skills:

• You are proficient in asset management systems such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, or equivalent tools.
• You have knowledge of inventory management processes and best practices.
• You have basic knowledge of IT hardware, accessories, and office infrastructure.
• You have experience working on AI-powered applications and using the latest AI Coding assistant tools.

Non-Negotiables:

• Night shift availability (10 PM–7 AM PH Time).
• Based in Cebu City and willing to work onsite (5 days a week).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to support shifting schedules or multiple site locations when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration and Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field.
