Corporate Travel Associates (High Salary Offer)

Become a Corporate Travel Associate, a leading provider of corporate travel services based in Cebu, Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and handling all aspects of corporate travel bookings and inquiries.

What you'll be doing

Manage all incoming calls from corporate clients, providing expert advice and assistance on travel arrangements

Arrange and book flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and other travel services to meet client needs

Provide detailed itineraries and travel documents to clients in a timely manner

Handle changes, cancellations, and other modifications to travel plans with efficiency and care

Offer recommendations on the most cost-effective and convenient travel options

Maintain comprehensive records of all client transactions and communications

Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to ensure smooth booking processes and resolutions to any issues

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and policies

What we're looking for

At least 2 years GDS experience

Excellent Communication Skills

Willing to work onsite
