Key Responsibilities
- Input new assets and details into asset maintenance software, including make, model, serial number, registration, attachments and commissioning dates
- Update asset lifecycle data such as maintenance history, warranty status, and condition assessments.
- Log corrective and preventive maintenance activities against individual assets in their online profiles and set reminders for next service, Risk Assessment, etc.
- Validate and reconcile asset data between physical audits and system records to ensure consistency
- Generate monthly asset maintenance reports including maintenance activities completed and those scheduled for the following month
- Use pre-existing dashboards to generate reports
- Prepare compliance reports for internal audits and external regulatory bodies, focusing on compliance documentation and their availability
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
- Three years relevant data entry and document control experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills
- A prerequisite requirement of a Asset Maintenance Administrator is that they understand and can complete all the requirements of the Office Administrator position. This includes completing all training requirements of that position.
