We are seeking a Workday Experience Solutions Consultant (Workday Configurator) to join our client's Global HR Employee Experience Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and improving the overall employee experience through effective Workday configuration and HR technology solutions. You'll act as a domain expert, staying updated on Workday best practices, new features, and HR tech trends through platforms like Workday Community and other industry resources.

We are seeking a Workday Experience Solutions Consultant (Workday Configurator) to join our client's Global HR Employee Experience Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and improving the overall employee experience through effective Workday configuration and HR technology solutions. You'll act as a domain expert, staying updated on Workday best practices, new features, and HR tech trends through platforms like Workday Community and other industry resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed configurations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Workday modules, preferably Time and Absence.
- Configure, test, and implement system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring alignment with internal standards and compliance procedures.
- Serve as a solution domain expert, supporting discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and post-implementation processes.
- Provide technical support for creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Workday, Salesforce, Power BI, and other HR tools.
- Collaborate across functions to manage multiple concurrent projects, assisting with impact assessments, regression testing, and communication planning to ensure smooth system rollouts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of functional HRIS/Workday configuration experience, particularly across Compensation, Time and Absence, and Time Off modules.
- Experience supporting HR programs and cyclical events within large, global organizations.
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver under tight timelines while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with ADP Global View (PECI, PICOF, EXPR) is an asset.
- Workday Studio experience and/or Workday Pro Certification(s) preferred.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce Case Management, or similar tools is an advantage.
