What will you do?
You will be responsible for carrying out financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth.
Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable
- Manage end-to-end AP/AR processes, including bills/invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for AP/AR.
- Maintain accurate financial records including Bank Reconciliations, Asset Register, Manual Journals.
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Prepare Cash Flow, contribute to forecasting, assisting in financial planning and strategy.
- Provide financial analysis for Cash Flow, Budget/Forecast, Profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Prepare and submit Activity Statements (IAS and BAS) and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Complete monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation, prepare supporting workpapers, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for GL and Management Reporting.
- Streamline accounting functions and operations.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across financial workflows.
- Assist with plans for financial growth.
- Evaluate and manage risks.
- General administration functions, including maintaining appropriate document filing and archiving
