As an AS Project Manager, you will provide technical support internally and at site level. Assist the sales team with technical expertise and project management as required, to meet customer expectations, and with a key focus on maximizing sales and profit generation.

What you'll be working on

  • Partners with the sales team & customers to provide creative value engineered solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Pro actively works with the AS team by providing accurate information, design drawings, and installations requirements where necessary.
  • Project manage aspects of major projects in conjunction with the NSW & VIC sales team as required.
  • Coordinates with State Managers to explore project opportunities.
  • Assist the Sales team with technical queries as required.
  • Provide offshore support on the site service and installation assistance to contractors and customers as required.
  • Support value creation through incremental sales opportunities during the life of the project installation.
  • Keeps abreast of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Performs all duties safely.
  • Carries out other duties in the company's interest as directed by management.
  • Continuous improvement activities and projects
  • Cover other AS and/or Sales staff when they are absent for a period of time.


What were looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working for Australian firms is a plus!
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Excellent project management skills, including CAD and estimating.
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong technical expertise.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to implement and drive sales strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

Hybrid-(Makati Office): 4th Floor, Glass Tower 115 Carlos Palanca St., Legazpi Village, Makati City, Phils.
