Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve using exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

  • Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

  • Provide accurate definition of client issues.

  • Interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge.

  • Maintain ongoing client communication.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Document and track client reported problems.


  • Professional & Technical Skills:


  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management

  • Strong understanding of IT support processes and procedures.

  • Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.


  • Additional Information:


  • The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management.

  • This position is based at our Manila office.
