RCI: Medical Services Manager

Job Objective / Purpose

• Main purpose is to provide quality service on the non-invasive procedures involving the cardiovascular system.
• He/she is expected to remain up to date on technologies and performance improvement strategies by reading journals, networking with colleagues, and attending professional meetings, etc. He/she completes new testing procedures and oversees new techniques and protocols as directed by the Medical Director.
• He/she works closely with the team in support of our reporting system for echo and vascular studies
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

Operational as Head of Imaging

Oversee the day to day activities of the CV Imaging unit of all HDSI clinics.

• Ensuring that the imaging services provided are consistent with high-quality standards: (to be use for archiving) a. monitoring accuracy and completeness of imaging reports b. reviewing the appropriateness of imaging orders c. ensuring that imaging equipment is maintained
• Ensuring efficient workflow:
• managing the schedule of imaging appointments b. coordinating staffing levels and resources
• streamlining workflows to ensure that patients receive prompt and efficient care
• Continuous Improvement
• Continuously assess and improve quality of imaging across all clinics
• Monitoring feedback
• Identifying areas for improvement d. Implementing changes to improve patient experience and overall quality of care
• Administer 2-D Echo and Doppler (pulse wave, imaging and non-imaging continuous wave and color flow mapping) procedures to patients while explaining test procedures, attaching equipment to patients, adjusting control settings to obtain the optimum display while recording.
• Conduct Carotid Duplex scanning and peripheral vascular ultrasound Conduct other CV non invasive diagnostic procedures such as ECG, Stress Test, Holter
• Monitoring, Ambulatory BP Monitoring, and other available CV diagnostic tests.
  
  

Business Development/ Marketing

Actively promote and market RHVI

• Promoting and marketing RHVI requires combination of different strategies and tactics to attract more patients and improved business performance
• Define your target audience
• Develop a marketing plan that outlines strategies you’ll use to reach your audience, this could include social media, content marketing, email marketing, advertising and events
• Build strong online presence by optimizing your website for search engines, creating social media profiles and developing a content marketing strategy
• Respond to comments, reviews and inquiries promptly, and provide valuable content that resonates with your target audience
• Measure the results or effectiveness of your marketing campaigns to help you refine your strategies and tactics to achieve better results over time
  
  

Administrative Tasks

Attend conferences and continuing education courses

• Attending conferences and continuing education courses includes acquiring new knowledge, skills, and abilities related to one’s profession of field of work. It is expected that attendees will gain valuable insights, learn about new trends, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in their industry.
  
  

Archiving of results and study according to the preferred method of the company. Ensures timely and accurate preparation of reports. Conducts weekly huddles/meetings with staffs. Ensure proper filing of records and reports.

Background And Qualifications

• MIN. REQUIREMENTS RN, RPT, RT, RMT
• Training and Experience At least 5 years experience as echo/vascular tech and managing CV units
• Strong display of RCI’s Corporate Competencies and Values
