Application Tech Support Practitioner

  • Location: Cebu

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:

  • As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will utilize exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems are running smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field to provide effective support and solutions.
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions, ensuring accurate and thorough records for future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Proficiency in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management.
  • Strong understanding of system or application functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience in accurately defining client issues and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology or a related field, along with a proven track record of providing exceptional technical support.
  • This position is based in Cebu.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
