JOB SUMMARY:
Selling of freight forwarding and warehousing / distribution services under Olympus GLI. Serve
as the main contact person for existing and prospect clients. Nevertheless, develop qualified
sales lead to further increase sales and revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs regular (daily) visits to qualified prospects customers for freight forwarding
and warehousing / distribution in accordance with Managements directives.
Continuously keep the sales pipeline full of deals at various services including
warehousing and distribution.
Advocates for both the company and the customer, striving to find win-win solutions
that expand and further client relationships.
Provide Weekly Sales Updates to Operations Manager.
Submit Monthly Sales Report to Operations Manager for review.
Perform other tasks requested by the Management.
Comply with the company rules and regulations, policies and work procedures, as
stated.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the working area.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI) / OBJECTIVE:
To achieve the monthly / annual sales revenue against the budget as set by the
Management.
To maintain existing sales pipeline with the same revenue contribution in a monthly
basis.
To develop more clients for both freight forwarding and warehousing clients, monthly /
annually.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree holder, preferably of a business or marketing related course
With at least one (1) year selling experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent in Computer Utilization (Excel, Office, Power point)
Ability to persuade and influence others
Maintains professional appearance and provides positive company image to the public.
Possess a positive attitude, strong leadership qualities and sound analytical
