Application Support Specialist - Accounting Software

We are seeking Product Support Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. You'll use your accounting software expertise to support users of the CargoWise Accounting module and help shape how the software works. By identifying pain points, solving real-world issues, and working closely with Product and Development teams, you'll directly influence improvements to the platform. It’s a chance to move into tech, stay close to your domain, and have a real impact on the accounting tools the global logistics industry relies on.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ of experience in accounting software , AR/AP, billing, collections, or financial operations in freight or supply chain environments
• Exposure to CargoWise or accounting software
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to trace and resolve system/process issues
• Experience with process documentation, SOPs, or client training is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What You'll do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional support issues related to the CargoWise Accounting module
• Investigate client-reported issues involving billing, charge codes, reconciliations, GL postings, and reporting anomalies
• Support finance and logistics users across Europe, North America, and Asia
• Analyze recurring issues and provide insights to the product and engineering teams for continuous improvement
• Act as a subject matter expert for clients navigating financial workflows within the CargoWise platform
• Participate in UAT, system testing, and new feature rollouts related to finance modules

About the Team

The position is part of our Global Product Support (GPS) team, providing an excellent opportunity to explore all aspects of CargoWise One's functionalities. The team goes beyond just supporting CargoWise One, it also encompasses infrastructure requirements and managing major outages within WTG. Team collaboration is crucial to the team's success, with a commitment to open communication 24/7.
