Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for actively participating in team discussions and contributing to providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve independently performing tasks and becoming subject matter experts in the field. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Document processes and procedures for future reference. - Provide technical support to end-users. - Identify and implement process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Database Administration - Strong understanding of database management systems. - Experience in database performance tuning and optimization. - Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting languages. - Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Database Administration. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
