Apply now for the position of Application Specialist – Women’s Health, and you will be responsible to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction thereby ensuring the continuing profitable growth of our business and complete technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be educating on-site customers on Siemens Healthineers systems, including hand-over customer training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
• You will be provide relevant contribution and support the Siemens Healthineers education programs and customer training platforms.
• You will be working on customer consulting and support in individual workflow improvements, including adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
• You will be professionally providing application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations, and complaints, including error diagnosis, repair and trouble shooting.
• You will be assisting with the PLM/CRM process, which includes gathering field insights into customer requirements, addressing issues, identifying known application errors, and providing troubleshooting support.
• You will also provide sales support, e.g., product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies etc.
• You will be working on, On-site option sales which will help in generating leads for our business.
  
  

Your expertise:

• You are proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• You are a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology. You should have a license or should have completed Radiology examination along with bachelor's degree.
• You have minimum 3 years of Radiologic Technologist working experience with 1 year in Women’s Health would be added advantage.
• Applicants with CT/Xray/Fluoro experience or hospital experience abroad/local or those who have sales experience with Women’s Health products, or prior teaching experience in a radiology program, are eligible to apply.
• You are assertive, have good networking, presentation, teaching and teamwork skills.
• You are a strategic thinker.
• You must know how to drive.
• Travel 75% within the country.
