Application Lead

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main point of contact for various stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, managing project timelines, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will also engage with different teams to facilitate communication and drive project success, while providing guidance and support to your colleagues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously assess project progress and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Team Practices, Tableau, Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports. - Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Manila office.
