Job Summary
We are actively hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This is a full-time, onsite position suited for high school graduates, SHS or ALS completers, college undergraduates, fresh graduates, and career shifters. Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries and support requests in a courteous and efficient manner. Applicants must be open to working on a shifting schedule and must be currently residing in Metro Manila or nearby areas.

Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries and support requests in a courteous and efficient manner. Applicants must be open to working on a shifting schedule and must be currently residing in Metro Manila or nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through assigned channels (voice or non-voice)
- Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, or account concerns
- Handle complaints or issues while maintaining professionalism
- Document each interaction in the system accurately
- Comply with company protocols and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
- At least 18 years old
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, ALS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
- With or without BPO/call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Open to shifting schedules including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Office-based, full-time position
- Extended periods of sitting and computer usage
- Standard use of headset and other call handling tools
- Regular supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring
