Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Support project managers in project execution and tracking.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Contribute to monitoring project progress and assist in issue and risk management.
• Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.
• Actively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance project management skills.
• Contribute to process improvements within the project management function.
• Maintain organized project documentation and files.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in project and program management
• Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  
  

Other Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
