Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of programs and projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams towards successful outcomes while fostering a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth. - Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Agile Technical Coaching. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Technical Documentation. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in project management tools and software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project performance and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Technical Coaching. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
