About the Role

As an Administrative Specialist, you will facilitate on-time and accurate delivery of incoming and outgoing messages, correspondences, cargo items and reports coursed through Mail Services Unit by business units, branches and clients. Uploads returned received Transmittal Acknowledgement Summary (TAS) in Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS). Performs timely and accurate processing of courier and messengerial billings. Responds to concerns received via phone or email.


How you'll contribute

  • Monitors return of duly acknowledged transmittal list (TAS or TAR) and ensures that TAS are uploaded to EDMS on time.
  • Ensures timely processing of payments for courier services/messengerial services via eVoucher system.
  • Prepares canvass, term sheet for courier services.
  • Assists Unit Head in messenger operations oversight.
  • Discuss and escalates to immediate superior issues for resolution.
  • Ensures timely / reply to all queries (via email or phone).
