This position oversees the documentation of company assets and facilities maintenance while ensuring that vehicle job requests and repairs are processed and encoded in a timely manner.

This position oversees the documentation of company assets and facilities maintenance while ensuring that vehicle job requests and repairs are processed and encoded in a timely manner.
The Main Responsibilities Of An ADMIN SUPERVISOR Include
- Closely supervises the timely processing of facilities/maintenance/repair requests.
- Timely processes all Vehicle Job Requests and coordinates repair of the same to concerned parties. Encodes the same to FMS timely.
- Closely supervises regular aircon maintenance, electricity maintenance and regular pests control of HBD and UAAGI offices.
- Closely supervises the asset tagging and accounting to ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted.
- Closely supervises and leads the annual asset inventory.
- Closely supervises the triggering of LTO registration to avoid delays.
- Closely supervises the timely processing of renewal for admin vehicle registration.
- Closely monitors and ensures timely maintenance of all admin vehicles.
- Thoroughly reviews costs and proposals of repairs of facilities and other fixed assets.
- Regularly supervises the building properties and proposes improvements when necessary.
- Ensures proper timely documentation of service vehicle and fleet cards assigned to UAAGI/HBD Supervisor, Managers and Executives.
- Receives and reviews all employees requests forwarded by Purchasing Department. Ensures timely endorsement of the same at least within three (3) days from date of receipt of
- Closely monitors all requests from other departments and timely forwards or coordinates the same to concerned parties/employees for timely processing and proper documentations.
- Ensures timely processing and releasing of all requests.
- Efficiently manages and coordinates work schedule of drivers and maintenance personnel to ensure timely accomplishment of all maintenance job requests.
- Supervises the job performance of drivers, utility personnel and maintenance personnel.
- Ensures compliance to ISO standard operating procedures of drivers, utility personnel and maintenance personnel.
- Timely updates and encodes drivers requests and VJRF to monitoring.
- Timely and accurately encodes the repair history of all admin vehicles into the FMS.
- Assists in HR events and prepares the materials needed.
- Conforms to the standard operating procedures and necessary requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Acts as departmental ISO custodian for UAAGI.
- Performs other duties assigned by immediate superior.
- A graduate of any 4-year degree program.
- An individual who has 35 years experince in administrative supervision, or a related field.
- Knowledgeable in planning and zoning, with a focus on supervising company assets and facilities maintenance.
- An Excellent Communicator with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- A Multi-tasker who can work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and characterized by a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.

- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
