Qualifications:
-Candidate is a graduate of Business/Management or related course
-With at least 1 year of professional experience
-Must have experience in housing loan processing/Real Estate industry
-With good interpersonal and communication skills
-Personable and can interact with people of all level
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer application
-Willing to be trained and can work under pressure
Job Function:
-Provide support to client/customer with regards to their housing loan
-Assist clients and evaluate their documents/requirements for their loan application
-Assist customer with complaints and questions
-Helps client to understand the services of the company
-Process document/requirements to respective department/agencies
-Assist in buyers' move in and/or use of parking
-Endorsement pf accurate and complete documents for the transfer of title and tax declaration into buyers name
-Other task that may be assigned
